First Time Buyers Rebate is to be deducted from the negotiated price After tax. For lease, the rebate is to be applied as a deposit and tax should be paid on the deposit at least inception. This is a manufacturer to customer rebate available to those who are approved under the First Time Buyers Program and must be disclosed on the Bill of Sale to the customer. All authorized MMSCAN Dealerships (hereafter called Dealer or Dealership) are eligible to participate in this program. Only new vehicles, previous service loaners and dealer demos are eligible for the First Time Buyers Rebate Program.
